The Journal of Medical Informatics and Digital Health (JMIDH) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed, open access journal published by Corvus Medical Press. It publishes research at the meeting point of medicine, computing and data science — from electronic health records and clinical decision support to telemedicine, mobile health, wearable devices and artificial intelligence.

Mission

Digital tools are changing how care is delivered, but many are introduced without strong evidence of safety, effectiveness, fairness or value. JMIDH publishes studies that test these tools rigorously in real clinical and public health settings, share the code and data needed to reproduce them, and report honestly on what does not work. The journal gives particular attention to digital health in low- and middle-income countries, including India’s national digital health initiatives, where evidence on scale-up, interoperability and equity is urgently needed.
