JMIDH does not charge any fees to authors or readers. There are no submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), page charges, colour or figure charges, language editing charges, fast-track fees or withdrawal fees. All articles are free to read immediately on publication.

The costs of running the journal — editorial management, peer review administration, copy-editing, typesetting, DOI registration, hosting and digital preservation — are covered by Corvus Medical Press.

Because no fees are involved, there is no financial relationship between authors and the journal, and editorial decisions are based only on scientific merit. JMIDH will never ask authors for payment. If you receive a request for payment that claims to come from JMIDH, please do not pay it and report it to editor@corvusmedpress.com.
