JMIDH is a fully open access journal. All articles are freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription, registration or embargo.

In line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative, users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose without asking prior permission from the publisher or author, provided the original work is properly cited under the CC BY 4.0 licence.

•     JMIDH is not a hybrid journal; there is no subscription content.

•     Articles In-Press, final versions, corrections and retraction notices are all open access.

•     Full text is available in HTML and PDF with machine-readable metadata.
